The IAMACF Healthcare Clinic has been providing free primary care, lab and limited pharmacy services to residents of Chicago's West Ridge and surrounding communities for over two decades.  It has also extended its services to patients from the far north and western suburbs, and is located in an area which serves as a point of entry for many different communities, cultures, religions and nationalities.  Many of these individuals are the clinics patients.  As such, the clinic serves those who are linguistically and economically struggling to make a new life for themselves and their families, and most often, have no safety net like health insurance or savings to help provide basic healthcare when in need.  It is for this reason and more, that we proud and encouraged to serve those who are truly undeserved.  But, above all, the IAMACF clinic's doors are open to anyone in need regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, nationality, economic or insured status.  We welcome the community to take advantage of the clinic's free services.

Thank you,

Annita John, MD                                                            Chairman, Board of Directors
