The IAMACF has been hard at work, bringing attention to all the fantastic work performed at the Clinic as well as advocating for amendments to laws which strive to bring much-needed protections to those serving the underserved. In August along with IAFCC, IAMACF Chair Dr. Lalitha Darbha organized a tour of the free Clinic for Senator Heather Stein. Dr. Darbha was also instrumental in organizing an advocacy meeting with State Representative Theresa Mah to address modifications in Good Samaritan Law. Both events were very successful.
