Dr. Rizwan Moinuddin will explain the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and treatment options for hypertension and chronic kidney disease.

This program is hosted by Dr. Dhananjaya and Dr. Bhoopalam, health care awareness committee members of Indian American Medical Association, IL. Rizwan Moinuddin, DO, Internal Medicine and Nephrology since 2009, is a former program director in academic medicine, and is now practicing privately at Advocate Good Samaritan hospital.
