BOOKING PROCEDURE

Booking form, passport copy and vaccine cards:

• Please email me clear copies of your passport, booking form and vaccine cards on anaita@airtoursholidays.us
• Please avoid sending booking forms and passport copies on WhatsApp /phone message

Flights

• We will give you a time frame of arrival and departure. You are free to issue your airline tickets on any preferred airline of your choice or we can assist you with the same.
• For arrival and departure transfer there will be one coach provided which will leave as per the time we mention. If you arrive early or late and departure flight also is early or later than the time given, please make your own way to the hotel / airport.

Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip and get health coverage overseas.
• We DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE SERVICE, but we recommend that you directly purchase through TRAVELGUARD AIG or ALLIANZ

Payment details

• Deposit : $ 1000 per person to confirm your space on the tour

PAYMENT METHOD

Please make sure that you mention your name and tour name on your check / bank transfer / zelle payment as we receive the same amount from everyone, and it becomes very difficult to trace the payment.
